This is a really short dress. It covers everything while you are standing, but once you start moving around, it rides up very quickly making shorts or other coverage very necessary.
Around the collar, there is extra fabric that doesn't fold in very easily but it isn't too hard to control.
The worst part about this costume however is that the black fabric rubs off on everything it comes into contact with: skin, clothes, etc. and it is very hard to get off.
Also, the hat is a really awkward shape that doesn't look very cute.

Actually got this from a costume shop--not Amazon. It's basically a long, stretchy shirt with gold cuffs and a little tie around the neck. Comes with a hat and a "mile high captain" pin. Kind of low quality, need something to wear on the bottom, but not the worst costume out there.

Loved the feel against my skin, however it was REALLY short. Too short for a dress without indecent exposure, especially if you have a booty. I had to convert this into a blouse by wearing boy shorts underneath. It worked really well and a high waited cinched belt added drama to the outfit by accentuating my waistline.
You can really dress this up sexy with balck thigh high boots or black stilettos with fishnets. Be creative!!!
